A Day trek – trek to asheton mariam monastery church believed to have been the first work of king lalibela which you will see a panoramic view of mountains and look over lalibela town the view is stunning here then return to lalibela.

7:30 – after having breakfast we start the trek it will take us we will not be in hurry 4 hrs total we will return at 11:30 and have your lunch.
2 Days . trek to tigu Kebele over the surrounding countryside. Pass through different villages and crops on different plateaus as you climb higher 4 hrs-4:30 hrs. Spend the reminder of the afternoon watching black Ghelada baboons grazing, plant of bird life and mountain hyrax…Etc. Have diner around the campfire, foot massage and chat with locals about everything.
3 Days/2 nights Tigu Kebele & Yimrhane Kirstos
Day 1. Flight to Lalibela be met at the airport by shuttle transfer to the town (40minute) visit rock hewn churches of Lalibela. Lalibela is most famous for its churches. Visit 12-13th century rock hewn churches called the Eighth wonders of the world which are still active worship places for major religious ceremony. Considering all of these churches, are carved out of solid rock, each of them has unique architectural features. With our local guide, take a wonder through the tunnels and stairways linking the churches together. Overnight Lalibela
Day 2. trek to tigu Kebele over the surrounding countryside. Pass through different villages and crops on different plateaus as you climb higher 4hrs-430hrs. Spend the reminder of the afternoon watching black Ghelada baboons grazing, plant of bird life and mountain hyrax…Etc. Have diner around the campfire, foot massage and chat with locals about everything.
Day 3. From tigu kebele head in another direction and visit yemrehane Kirstos 6-7hour (older than the lalibela churches and a completely different style using the marble and wood) it’s built inside a cave . Visit the monastery and be met by the minivan to drive you back 42km to Lalibela. Overnight Hotel in Lalibela.
2 days Lalibela Tours
Day 1 – Addis – Lalibela
In the morning, fly north to Lalibela and be transferred to your hotel. After lunch, visit the first group of Lalibela Churches which are located north of a small stream named Jordan River. These Churches were carved during the time of King Lalibela 11 81 Bc and are registered by UNESCO as a World Heritage overnight hotel.
Day 02 – Lalibela
For the morning we have two choices: Take a morning hike with mules to Mount Asheton, with its 13th century rock-hewn monastery and great views of the town; – OR – Drive to Yemrehane Kristos, a beautiful church situated in a shallow cave that predates the churches of Lalibela. The drive to Yemrehanna will also give you the opportunity to view the rural countryside and villages of the Ethiopian highlands. Following either option above continue with tour of Lalibela’s churches in the afternoon. Overnight Hotel.
